He has many teeth (seven) by now and he is already biting. He practically bites everything and everyone. He cries really bad everytime someone strange to him try to hold him. That include family members from hubby's side. He can stand up without support for seconds. His paed doesn't let him use a walker unless he already knows how to crawl and get up on his own to naturally learns how to walk. So i have reduced the time for walker. And gave opportunity for tummy time for him to learn to push his body while on the floor and to get himself up from a sitting position. Not quite there, but there are efforts.
Now i know why my baby was a late starter to be able to do some milestones like roll over and crawl and etc. That is because, i never gave the opportunity for him to explore and discover that by himself. What i should have done long time ago was, just let him lay on his own on the floor and he would learn to do stuff on his own. What i did was, i hold him when he cried and i never put him on the floor. He was usually on my bed or in his cot and then i introduced him to a walker. Pfffft. Anyways, it's not too late lagi kan.
Hopefully he will be able to walk really soon. I can see his effort to do so. So new moms-to-be out there, learn from my mistake. I myself will remember this and not to repeat the same for my second and third children. I will give opportunity for my future babies to have a long tummy time for their daily activity.
He just learned to clap better and he clapped the whole day on the day he knew how to do so. Fun.
He can already take coarse food, as in porridge. I no longer have to blend and this really makes preaparing his meal easier. And he has food allergy, as in egg. Will share the food allergy story later.
And he's able to say words and refer those words to the correct subject, i.e. He can say "Atak" referring to his Atuk, and he can say "Ateh" while he is learning to walk (tateh). And there was one time i heard him repeat after me saying the word "Tet" referring to a cat. Brilliant.

Happy ten months baby! You'll turn one in two months time. Excited!
